Double Franchise League- 1981 - Hak champ! Vote on awards

The Haktown Brew Chiefs would like to announce two trades for the 1981 season from their secondary team that once hailed from Cleveland.
With Jablowmi's boys in Blue squad, the Brew Chiefs trade Mike Hargrove for Dave Stewart, The deal is specified for just the 1981 season.
With Albert's Black and Blue Pimates, the Brew Chiefs trade Toby Harrah for Greg Harris, The deal specified for just the 1981 season.
Other members of the Tribe portion of the Brew Chiefs complained that they were being treated as second class citizins, with their team mates being shipped out like this, but manager Hak responded "You are second tier, and will be for this year anyway. so deal with it."

I don't think the process of teams entering the league should impact any deals. The only thing that matters regarding your AD is whether you get any Rangers or Mariners. You have rights to the players from your primary and secondary teams whether they're on your roster after the AD or not. You can still talk trade while waiting for the league to fill and complete the deals after the AD.
Or we could have a moratorium on any more deals until after the AD.

I can afford to lease Buck Martinez or Tim Laudner (cheap catchers) for 1981 and/or a longer term depending on the deal involved.

Geez, I've posted something like 7 of the last 10 messages, I feel kind of like I am talking to myslef.

The League has been created, I sent passwords to Sykes, Sean, and RR.
don't enter the league that doesn't say '81!!! :oops: (and ho wmany times did BC warn me about that).
BTW, I set the league up as frenzy so we wouldn't have to be confined by waiting around for waivers. I didn't think waivers would matter in this league, but if anyone has an objection, we can create a new league and move into it.
