Dave,

New franchises will not be able to re-claim players from existing teams. I haven't given this much thought, but think we will grant them an extra supplmentary pick for each player they have lost.

Ace,

I have replied to your update file via e-mail. I have the following discrepencies with the Phillies roster you sent out:

I don’t have Hancock and Ledee. If I add these 2 I would have 40 players.

I do have Lidle, F. Rodriguez, Todd Jones and Paul Abbott.

Of these players Lidle and Jones are part of my 25 and I could definately use Ledee's LH bat. Let me know what the story is.

We're playing with weather effects.
I'd really like to understand what is going to change and how.
I tried finding it in the help, but can't find it.

Yankee stadium is a 4 singles 10 HR both righty and lefty.

It lists Jun July Aug as:

-------- Day Night
Good 12 7
Average 5 10
Bad 3 3

What does all that mean? Is it a plus or minus to HRs and Singles? Is it a range of variance?

A split is drawn prior to the game. The table to the left side of the ballpark report shows what kind of weather you get for the day depending on the split. The table on the right shows what the impact of the weather.

For example, if a 10 split card is drawn in an April day game, the weather is "Average," and your ballpark effects for the day are 4/4 for singles, 10/10 for homers. If a 7 is drawn for a April day game, the weather is "Good" your ballparks effects for the day are 5/5 for singles, 11/11 for home runs. I'm pretty sure you'll know the weather before the lineups are selected, but I'm not 100% positive on that.
