McCovey?

No trade in the works. Was looking at the possibility of moving someone to get a righty killer. Last two weeks of the season I'll be facing a slew of RH pitching, 8RH vs 4LH.

So you're saying "stick with the ones that got me here"..

Best natural HRs vs. RHP for the money. Seems to be counterintuative, but I think he's one of the best choices at 1B in smallball (I always try for Chance though.)

I don't know about the cards, but my experience would have to agree with that small ball assessment. It seems crazy, but I've seen it work.

Play by the Rules -How do you feel about Reggie Jackson in small ball?

I think a platoon with McCovey at 1b isn't out of the question in Chavez Ravene. Riggs hitting the DL for 15 would probably take the sails out of the team.

 Re: Reggie in small ball park...I've been the victim of teams using Reggie in small ball setups. Reggie did well in the clean-up or 5th place in the lineup.
