Event 5, League 2 (NL-Only) FULL

Does he know we are now full and need a draft order? I won't be home until Monday night at some time. I have Penn's site on my desktop favorites but not here on my laptop. :oops:

Hey guys, I'm just back from vacation. Here is the draft order and divisional assignments.

Also, please use the DH in this league. It is in the rules that event 5 is a DH round, so it doesn't matter if you are in an NL or AL-only league. We cannot change the rules in midstream. That will cause more trouble than it's worth. This may be something we can consider next year, but the real purpose of this round is the restricted player pool concept, and not whether it's a DH or non-DH league.

Bummer about using the DH. :( Too bad the draft doesn't go high to low but I pick 11th in round 1.

Is it 16 players and 1 park for the rounds?

Someone mentioned about maybe going a full 25 rounds plus stadium to avoid some auto draft issues with the filler picks. I am ok with that, but will go with the groups wishes on draft length. 8)

Thanks teepack! I can certainly understand from the Tour's overall perspective that it is a lot simpler to have the two kinds of leagues, the same, and you've heard our arguments and made your ruling. I'm happy to support your decision and thank you for all the work you put in to make this whole thing even possible.

Based on the same principle of "Its in the Rules and we cannot change midstream (even though the water has not trickled at all in Event 5 yet :P ), it would seem abner that we're going to have to be orthodox in the draft, too: Looks like 17 rounds of NL players ONLY, with one a unique NL stadium each (avoiding previous Players'Championship parks used of course); then autofill the rest. After HAL makes a hash of our last choices giving us some AL replacements, we then will have to drop and sort through later. Bummer, but simple. 8)

It is a shade sick that BigAlric joins last and picks first! Hope he knows we're all going to be following him in Round 1. :lol:

So Red Beards himself is now up. I'm still working on the Admin stuff-- not an expert on penn's site, obviously.

BUT, I have succeeded and Red Beards is now fully empowered with Admin god-like powers.
