Looks like alot of teams made moves today, maybe I should get off of my butt and do something.

Hell, I figured for the price, I might as well get a 1 at SS with half the errors as templeton. Cost me a decent BP arm, but in the long run, hopefully it pays off in the field.

Ugly - While my guys got to Guidry last night, you sure looked good otherwise without more changes! That pickup of Barker sure looks good so far...

The Goose laid a giant egg on the Warriors. An excellent display of Trojan Horse sabotage. Now he can go back to his former team with mission accomplished.

Smooth move by Cinderella Men to shed three forgettables for what looks like a great Lonnie Smith year...not sure I'd have wanted to move him to pick up what looks like a bad Jack Clark year...

I was shocked to see Lonnie available. I jumped on him as fast as I could click my mouse before someone else grabbed him. I disagree that the Pigheads made a bad move. I believe Clark's card is one of his .400+ OBP years. His stats were probably held down in the Astrodome. If I had seen Clark available I probably would have figured out how to grab him. I'm surprised the Hatters didn't offer to trade him rather than take the 20% hit.

I was tempted to try to get Lonnie too, but wound up figuring I'd have to do too much damage to a formula that somehow seems to be working, despite fairly meager offensive punch...can't damage my pitching strength. But good luck with your new leadoff DH...pretty good numbers for you already in the first series!

I'm up against Pigheads tonight, and Clark will be available for him in the third game. I'm not sure where he'll appear - probably at DH. But I'd have been more concerned facing Smith in the leadoff spot.
