18 straight road games?

Postby fred_1_15301 » Sat Jul 29, 2006 9:59 pm

Yeah I am in the West division and currently 10-5 but the problem is I've already had about 6 injuries to my team (including Hafner for 11 more games). With the way my luck is going (with regards to injuries) so far, I'd be thrilled if I could make it out of that stretch at .500.

Not panicking and certainly not making any moves yet. I just thought it was weird to have 18 straight road games but apparently it's pretty common. I notice that I also have 18 straight home games later in the year.

Yep, usually weeks 2 and 5.

Just out of curiosity, what park is home? is it safeco, Minute Maid and the likes or neutral ground like metrodome...?

My home park is Safeco and I'm currently 9-3 at home and 5-4 on the road. Thus, you can see my team is built around the park.

Well...ahmmmm... good luck! Remeber what jerlins wrote up above. Don't panic, at the end you'll still have 81 at home and 81 away.

I'm sure you'll come out in good shape...at least I certainly wish it for you :)
