Look AT has been in this long enough that he should know that this is a minor thing and he can live with it. He has been around for the last week on every board so I find it hard to believe that he did not know the issue and that we were waiting for him a week. He runs enough leagues to know that he would be pissed to wait this long for anyone for such a minor thing. I signed up because I wanted to draft now not a week from now. He drafts today or kick him out, no new set up. Lets go or I am joining another league. If he thought he wanted to be LC then he should have taken the job before, do as Teepack says and pick. Is AT not a member of our tour board?

The draft was ONLY created July 30th around 12:30 (I found that out by reading the thread). Therefore it is [b:46135141b5]IMPOSSIBLE[/b:46135141b5] for you to have been waiting a week!!
Secondly - thanks to Aray0113 for providing the info - my turn ONLY came up around 10:40am on Monday.
Thats 48 hours - which is a hell of a lot less time than a week!
The only person that has really been waiting is me - since I've been waiting since July 28th (5 days) to be in this draft - yet you havent heard me complain once. Ok - and those after my turn. :wink:
I am not this leagues LC ... and never asked to be it either. I did not volunteer myself because I have 2 keeper leagues to monitor & a third to setup. As well as other commitments. So excuse me if I thought that someone else could actually set up the draft properly & did not bother to check in that frequently.
As it is - none of you (except Aray0113) bothered to be part of the solution - all you could do was gripe gripe gripe. Well bite me! We all have lives to attend to. Despite the fact that this was NOT my fault, and is NOT a minor issue (I'd like to see each of you go draft under a new name when you've already got drafts under your normal account to take care of), I've gone ahead, with Arays assistance and created a new draft to solve this problem.

Event 6 starts in September I believe.
Just ignore the first one - whatever it was called - that is what I have done whenever we had to create a 2nd draft.
I apologize if I seemed a little harsh - but I really hate being blamed for something I had no control over. And then to exxagerate the time from a matter of days into a week was the straw that broke the camels back. ;)
Unfortunately penngray doesnt play SOM any more so having him replace the mistaken identity (and delete it permanantly would be ideal) was not likely to occur. Which is why I always try to remember, as I did here, to remind the LC that my user id is AT. Anyone in any of my leagues should recall that I usually ask if anyone has a different user id (I know Anthony Pisano is/was AP) and/or has problems getting into the draft.
Anyway, imho, it is all water under the bridge now, and we can go ahead and draft. :)

Btw - to answer another question - no I am not on the Tour Board - and have not been since the 2002 tour.
If the # of draft rounds is incorrect - I can fix that - but I am pretty sure it is supposed to be 18 (17 players + 1 park). I can also edit the clock time if need be. Furthermore I've given Aray0113 admin rights, and can do the same for anyone else who has a lot of experience with the draft site.
Will have proxies loaded soon - for at least Round I.

Gripe, gripe, gripe - I had spent 2 hours setting up group and priority proxies over the weekend so I wouldn't hold up the draft during the week. I guess none of those carry over to this new draft. Please excuse me in advance if, now, I'm the one who holds up the draft. I will try to reset proxies over the weekend.

AT you are priceless. You hold us up for days and then you want to start all over and you come off like you have not done anything wrong. Just apologize and admit you were wrong for wasting OUR time and I think we can keep you in this league, if not withdraw. Who is the LC and why are you letting this guy control things. The LC and teepack are in charge not AT. AT you signed up for this draft you know you should have been checking this thread long before now. I say we continue with the original draft today or AT is out.
