Hak...just my 2 cents but since we can only use "new" players and/or teams wouldn't a 100 mil cap give everyone a chance to try out more (higher salaried) players ?... :)...especially with the DH rule in effect... :)

Hey Cubs48,

Personally, I am not a fan of the $100 million leagues in ATG because I like the fun and challenge of having to fit within the cap, finding the good bargain players, making the choice between hitting and pitching, all studs vs. stars and scrubs, etc. I am as excited to see how the $3 million guys play as seeing the new Micky Mantle. That's just my thought.

My original thought was to have the league be a $100 million league but you could only use $80 at a time, so that you could make changes without the penalty. But then I thought that would be a pain to administer.

BTW, I hear there might be a 5,10,20 FA penalty option in ATGIII, if so, we will use that in this league.
