ATGIII Pre-Card League #1

Well, we had 8 for Option 3, lost Nev & PJ, and never heard from Pepsi4dan. My guess is everyone is distracted, creating teams. If you all are still interested in hanging in and trying to keep this going, I am with you. But, if interest has waned because of other league commitments/participation, it's not a tragedy. I still think a two team draft, with a four player round from undrafted new teams, would be fun. If the consensus is we are going to try and keep this together, one of you can post on the MB. We would be looking 2 or 3 players (Pepsi4dan?), I guess. Both Nev and PJ had high first round picks, so that could serve as a nice enticement. I will be going to bed soon. You all kick it around today, and I will check back in later this afternoon.

I think Nev is out. He seems pretty unhappy with ATG3. It's a shame. Anyway, since PJ is back, we just need to hear from Pepsi4dan, and pick up a player for Nev. What we should do is just start this thing! Let's do the two round team draft (new teams 1st round, old teams second round, then a 4 round draft of new players from the 11 undrafted new teams). Park comes from one of the two teams. $100m, DH, Frenzy. If you guys want, I will set up a draft thread in the ICT, post for a new player, and try and jump start this theme. Don't really want to take the reins, but if we don't do something ASAP, people WILL drift away to other active leagues. :)

Can you spell out the rules for me again? I'm lost in a fog... :shock:

First round, you draft one complete NEW team (out of the 23 introduced for ATG3).
Second round, you draft one complete OLD team (of any still in existence from the ATG2 game).
Rounds 3-6, you draft one player from any of the 11 NEW teams not drafted in round one.
Serpentine draft.
Park is from one of your two drafted teams.
$100m, DH, Frenzy.
And, it wasn't discussed, but I would say allow trades, but no picking up FAs in the pool. We should run with what we draft, essentially, IMO.
