I think that I had the sean/jsamia trade already logged and posted from before. Thanks for the reminder to keep posting here though.

One thing I thought about doing this roster maintenance was not to "assign" free agents to whoever won them in the autodraft. Julio Cruz, for instance, still shows up in the free agents table for 1981 despite being traded from jsamia to sean.

The reason being is that I didn't want anyone to lose out on a chance on a guy that is a legitimate free agent during the course of the season. If sean, for instance, decides to cut Julio Cruz in mid-season, he needs to be listed as free game for any other manager that wants him.

Does that make sense to everyone?

At the end of the season, I'll reassign the free agents to the teams they finished with so that historical references and/or stats can be made from year to year.

move, prompted by last night's 20-3 shelling by the Exphils, Hak and the

reliever [b:06e687dd68]Jeff Reardon[/b:06e687dd68]. We had high hopes for Ruhle, but were looking at
losing him at the end of the season anyway, Reardon gives us a strong
veteren performer in the bullpen. Captain Yount had no comment at this
time, but reserved the right to blast manager Hak at a later time.
