You're right there.

OK - I can understand that.

I am assuming I get the first pick in the supplemental draft, and since it does not say anything about a serpentine supplemental draft, I am the first pick in each round. I would hardly think the first team chosen needs the 12th and 13th best player more than the last team chosen needs the 1st and 13th.

all rosters must have 4 pure RP and at least 10 total pitchers. What do we do about franchises that don't meet these minimums?

For example Boston only has 2 pure RP and the Yankees only have 9 total pitchers.

I was expecting to have to use draft picks to fill those team deficiencies, but I could be wrong.

Also keep in mind of the 80M salary cap. The best teams can't use all their players.

Theres a 5 round draft that occurs on the boards here. The available pool for the 5 round draft includes all players from franchises that were not drafted (ie. now in this draft). If the franchise you are drafting has less than 20 “franchise” players, you can also make additional picks after the 5 round draft is over, so that you can fill out the 25 man required roster (and meet all strat roster requirements).

Remember that you must also be under the $80 cap with your resulting 25 roster.
