1969 franchise league-frank to load + kev mark team as ready

all rosters must have 4 pure RP and at least 10 total pitchers. What do we do about franchises that don't meet these minimums?

For example Boston only has 2 pure RP and the Yankees only have 9 total pitchers.

I was expecting to have to use draft picks to fill those team deficiencies, but I could be wrong.

OK - I can understand that.

I am assuming I get the first pick in the supplemental draft, and since it does not say anything about a serpentine supplemental draft, I am the first pick in each round. I would hardly think the first team chosen needs the 12th and 13th best player more than the last team chosen needs the 1st and 13th.

I agree with your statements. Last team picking franchises will be first in each round of the 5 round draft

Down memory lane I go in this league. I came across Frank Howard's name in the SS. My family did a West Coast vacation in 1967. We went to Anaheim for Disneyland and ..... a California Angels game. I remember Frank Howard hitting one out of the park.
