My team is well managed. I have no issues with salary cap. I took the salary cap into account from day 1. I'm still on the road and have no access to my lists of players at this time. My last couple of picks are pretty unimportant to me so its ok to keep the draft going until I get access.

Amen.

I agree no reprieves will be granted. this is consistent with the spirit of each of our leagues and all the leagues in this tourney. You are responsible for making your draft work at 25 slots all under the cap. I have been grabbing low price guys, when I'd love to fill with more talent instead, just to make sure I will end up under the cap. Those skipping picks may be at a disadvantage to fill their squads under the cap. But they are big boys and I am sure they will figure it out.

I will likely switch to a lower price card to get in under 80M then switch back after we can cut the roster to 24. But for the 25 drafted player you have to be at or under 80. Will let the boards know when I do that. So far I am still OK.

Thanks for the notes, all. Granting a salary cap change this late in the game is unfair.

Can you please give me Bob Stanley (1986) for my next draft pick?

If teams are in a crunch for picking cheaper players that may not be there, maybe the solution is using a less expensive version of a player they previously selected?

Many of the guys picked in the early rounds have two and three differently priced cards. Maybe that will free up funds to pick the more pricey guys still on the board.
