OK, in an effort to get this draft moving again, I looked at the ten least expensive pitchers remaining (hopefully my spreadsheet was up to date). I assigned numbers, based on lowest to highest salary, and then I did a random number generator, shown below. Based on the results of that, Doug_Tucker is now the proud owner of Pete Donohue 1927 (800 K), and Bob Smith 1934 ($1,610 K). Their combined total is less than $3 M, so these selections conform to his instructions. Bob Smith is one of those names which doesn't show up in the search engine, because of the common name; if he isn't available, then the next player would be Jumbo Brown, who is available.
