First pass through will have these league names for each successive era's league. Second tournament (i.e. next year, or whenever we get to it) will carry a Roman numeral II behind each of these, the third a III, etc.
Barry and McGwire will never play in a Willie Mickey and The Duke league. Nor will Barry McGuire!
Only players from their repspective eras will play under their respective league names, but successive tournaments (we talked about an annual event)will carry II, III, IV, V, etc. behind these 8 unique league names.
Hope that makes sense now and clarifies why I asked Kev to change the league name. Aside from me generally being a pain in the rear end. As I told Kev, this may be the only creative thing I have done in modern times, so I wanted to stick to the naming plan set out in the main thread. Ths also shows the order of play for the various eras.
Thanks all for two smooth drafts, this has been a fun idea!
Next league draft starts MARCH 26!
