All you have to do is contact Stratomatic at 365support@strat-o-matic, tell them you want to play 1999. They will create your team. (You need 1 credit in your account)!!! Once they've done it, you'll find your new team in your account : ---RiggoDrill Team....
And then you'll be able to draft your team, 1999, 24 teams, 60M...
I should be able to give you the password next Tuesday (deadline) or the day the last GM from the past season get in...
