Free, whenever you can get to a computer, you are the last one who needs to enter the league.

I just realized that LMBombers got the Yankees and the Royals. That is a scary combination in the 70s.

Royals at 16 was something. They were probably the 2 best teams in baseball 77-78

Yep. I have the Royals in our regional league now. They have some quality players, and mostly at reasonable prices, especially pitching. I am looking forward to playing with Oakland and California, simply because I was a National League guy growing up and I am not as familiar with some of these players as I am with some other teams.

No doubt. 6 divison titles and a couple of 2nds between them means some pretty solid players

Just because the Royals and Yanks were good teams in real life in the 70s doesn't mean that will translate in SOM. It is a mystery who you may get (or not get) in the AD and then after that it is a mystery what card you may get for some of your key players. :o

The Big Red Machine would be hard to beat if they were able to use all of their players. Luckily for us they all won't fit on an 80M roster.
