ATG8 POST WW2 FRANCHISE LEAGUE

American Dreamer/ Ruths ruffians......The name of your team must be a franchise name so all the other teams know what teams are available. Please change you name accordingly and read the rules to make sure you are in the league you want to be in. If you don't,designate a franchise name and someone else picks the same franchise that you want, they will have that franchise and you will have to choose another franchise after the league is filled up.

I have a trio of questions.

1) If we are going to get to draft three players at the free agent period, I'm presuming we'd need to draft a full roster and then cash in the drafted players for the non-franchise players we want, yes? Or do we just leave three slots blank (if that's even possible), save the $$ and use it after the draft.

2) The extra three. Can they come from other owners' franchises if they were untaken? Or only players who played for franchises-not-picked-by-another-owner?

3) If two franchises both have a player inside the pool, can either choose him and how would you break a tie?
