Dual franchise league needs 1 manager

We need one more manager to fill out our league. This will be our ninth season; the premise of the league is that each manger has the rights to players on 2 teams: one team is an original team and one must be an expansion team. The teams are listed on another post in the INDIVIDUAL LEAGUE forum entitled Dual Franchise league season 9. Anyone interested please either post here or in the League forum.

We are using the Post WWII set with a 150 million cap
