Cecil was dropped but is showing on Splinters roster.

...which also then mean his roster is only at 24, not 25.

not sure where the mistake was made as he listed 15 drops and promoted one.

I went back through the old version of the doc and I dont see anyone missing. I think it was just a counting error.

I also reached out to The Splinter to see if he wants to keep someone or promote someone....
