This trade is not valid...I haven't received anything from Terry expressing interest in the team. There is also someone I am currently corresponding with so Terry would be 2nd if he is indeed interested.

Appreciate the effort Mike, but if someone wants the team they'll be taking it as is, not because of some lopsided trade
