2018 U franchise league plus 3 DH 5% 95MM Cap trades allowed
1. 4 round draft 1st round determined by random # draw rounds 2-4 serpentine
2. 1st rd draft your franchise rounds 2-4 take one player each round from 18 undrafted teams
3. trades allowed , after 3 round FA draft from 18 unselected teams those players will be off limits
4. once a player is chosen there are no changes allowed ,those 3 drafted free agents can be traded
