As in past seasons, if one of these franchises is not picked, then the players rights revert back to a player's second franchise; example is that if the Phillies don't get picked Lidge could be claimed by the Astros.

Note also that EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE PLAYERS, for players with cards for more than one franchise, the franchise with the highest priced card owns the priority rights to the player. If the team with priority rights to the player fails to use the player, any teams with secondary rights to the player may claim the player at any time after completion of the first series of the season, or prior to the start of the season by permission of the owner of the franchise with priority rights to the player.

I will set up League sometime today and post here when I do..... you can start putting your team together if you already haven't ...... ATG 9 (1946 + subset), salary cap 140, using a DH with 5% drop penalty and no waivers.

I just set up the league; however Strat has a new way of creating private leagues and I am not sure I did it correctly.
First of all there is a public league entitled Dual Franchise League 31....PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS LEAGUE IT WAS CREATED IN ERROR. Scroll down to private leagues and choose Dual Franchise LeaguesXXXI.

The password is TQPPJ

Any problems let me know here, by trying to simplify things Strat actually made setting up a league much more confusing.

In-game mail works during league formation!!

Of course, only for the teams / managers who have joined.

As aside, you can join the league BEFORE picking your players and stadium. A manager can leave Ready to Draft unselected until they are ready.
