Drop Penalty: 5%
For this season, teams are assigned randomly, so you can join anytime.

Couple of notes and rules:
--Rank your keeper players at the bottom of your draft list.
--You must draft the specific card for your keepers you chose here, and keep it at all times. I can't list a cheaper Schmidt card and then switch at Waivers. I realize this rule is largely unenforceable, so all I ask is, please don't be a jerk.
--If a manager accidentally drafts another manager's keeper, the problem should be resolved before Waivers. The aggrieved party (the manager who the card belongs to) should offer a one-to-one trade, and the (accidentally) offending party is obliged to accept it.
