24 team NL only seeks 1 owner for live draft March 31

I am the nominal commissioner of a group of about 55 som players who call ourselves the boys of summer. We play several leagues together including an annual 48 team mini tournament. A 24 team AL only league and a 24 team NL only league, with 6 advancing from each league for a championship league 12 team final. This year, I've only got 47 participants for our 48 team "big dance."
