Can we pick up sub .60 scrubs even if there are higher priced native born players in the FA? Don't want to have to put some 1.5M guy on my bench if i don't have to. Thanks! and great idea for a league!

The answer is No. The idea is to use/find all native players to fill positions and the bench. Only pick up a scrub when there is no one else available. Like the Tots need Scrub catchers. Thanks for asking!

Sorry Pa. is not an option. Would have a huge advantage over the states listed. My next league will feature Pa.,Tx., Al.,etc. States with large availability of players, and most of the greatest of all-time.
