i vote no, tie breaker should always go to the worst record getting the higher pick

Our preseason prospect draft will officially begin on January 15, 2025 at 0000 EST. I have selected this start date since the MLB International Signing period opens the same day and I do not want the status of any players to change in the middle of our draft. You may select any player who, at the start of our draft, is under contract to a professional baseball team (MLB, KBO, Nippon PBL, etc), but has no MLB experience.

The order of the preseason prospect draft is serpentine, in the reverse order of the total wins accumulated by each team during the previous two seasons (2024 Season 1 and Season 2). The first tie-breaker for our other drafts in based upon head-to-head records, but the subsection of the league rules that specifically address the preseason prospect draft currently have no such provision. I will, therefore, be calling for a vote where you will be asked to vote "yes" to officially adopt the same tie-breaker for the preseason prospect draft, or to vote "no" in the event that you would prefer an alternate tie-breaking format to be adopted.
