For clarities sake, a prospect for this draft is defined as:
1. Any player signed to a MLB franchise
2. Player must have no major league service time prior to the start of the 2012 MLB season
3. Player must not be on a current legaue 40 man or prospect roster.
That means, players that have been called up this year ARE in fact eligible to be drafted.
As examples, Irving Falu is eligible, but Matt Carpenter is not.
Bigmahon can start at anytime.
Once this draft has ended we will start season 2.
The East division are the first 4 teams in the draft order, the Central, the middle 4, and the West, the last four.
