Dual Franchise League Season 15

This is the 15TH season of the dual franchise league. This League is using the ATG POST WWII CARD SET. Salary cap is 150 million, 5% DROP; Using a DH, no waivers.

Each manager must pick one team from each column below. . For the most part , teams on the left are original franchises and most teams on the right are expansion teams. ( THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS HOWEVER, AND SOME TEAMS ARE COMBINED BECAUSE OF LACK OF PLAYERS.) A manager has exclusive rights to players on his roster; if a player is on more than one roster, he belongs to the team where his salary is highest. We are using a serpentine draft, so each manager picks one team first and then we reverse the order. You can make your first pick from either column. List of teams will be posted below. Official draft order will follow in an additional post.

We have 11 of the 12 managers returning so we are looking for one more player. If anyone would like to join please post below. First come will fill the position.

There are no teams listed in the search menu for Tampa . There are 3 players on Tampa who may be roster worthy: Zorbrist, Longoria and David Price. In Order to find these players you need to search the FA roster by name.

Also....it is a bit confusing but any player on the Senators who played in 1961 or earlier belongs to the Twins franchise, and anyone who played in 1962 or later for them belongs to the Rangers. This does not involve many players, But Camilio Pascual comes to mind, he is property of the Twins.

Also....since the Dbacks lost Randy Johnson, they no longer have many players, so I combined them with the Padres this season. Cubs and Whitesox will be combined again as will the Orioles and Pirates.

BELOW ARE SOME OF THE RECORDS FOR THE FIRST 13 SEASONS; I DID NOT HOWEVER USE STATS FROM THE SEASONS THAT WE USED THE ATG FULL SET ( THE STATS ARE SKEWERED). THE NUMBER TO THE RIGHT IS THE SEASON IT OCCURRED IN.

The only record broken in season 14 was Jimmy Rollins with 23 triples in the season, although Juan Marichal nearly tied his own record by giving up a whopping 111 homeruns, one shy of his record.

Also....it is a bit confusing but any player on the Senators who played in 1961 or earlier belongs to the Twins franchise, and anyone who played in 1962 or later for them belongs to the Rangers. This does not involve many players, But Camilio Pascual comes to mind, he is property of the Twins.

These two points are contradicting each other. I believe that the Texas team should be with the 1962 and after Senators, while the 1961 and before Senators belong with the Twins.

i would suggest as has been proposed before, white sox should move into original side since they;ve been around forever and have loads of players, and the orioles, who have little to offer, and are in fact the st. louis browns, should move into expansion column. (hence the '0' next to baltimore for postseason)
