All-Decade All-Stars

The goal of this league is to see which decade of stars are the most dominant. There are a wide array of talent levels and playing styles represented. The goal is to have fun and to represent the "all-decade all-stars" theme with the purest rosters possible.

This league will be 100M, with DH, 5% drop penalty all season. If the commissioner (me) has to go in and manually adjust your roster for player compliance purposes, there will be a 1M penalty per roster spot that is fixed.

We will randomly assign teams once we get the full 24 owners committed.

There are no restrictions on RP-ONLY cards priced 3.00M and less (so, for the NeL and pre-1940's teams, they can't have the really nice expensive RP's, but they could sign any RP they want for 3.00M or less, same with any team and any other RP-ONLY at that price point.)

For all SP's and for all Hitters, you must draft ONLY the player card that matches your chosen league and decade. Again, on NeL teams, there are no decade restrictions and there are two of those teams, so they will have a little competition for who gets which players (Gibson, Charleson, etc.).

Stadiums must also be selected from your league and decade.
