I agree on a limit of no more than 10 keepers, maybe a minimum of 5. The intent of the last draft was not likely to be building for 2007 so this would be fair to just about everyone.

Random and serpentine seem fair to me.

Yes, MIN 5 and MAX 10 keepers sounds fine to me, too.

Since we can go to a $200 mil league for 2007, this means that we can draft up to a 40-player roster, although managers are free to stop at a lower level, if they wish.

Now that I have the time...

I don't see the point of leaping forward to 2007. I already spent 2 seasons planning for the 2003, 2004, 2005 seasons:
- that influenced my choice of players a lot (Prior for ex.) ;
- I've made trades for picks in 2003 draft ;
= I've wasted 2 credits on this
And what I just explained at the we person could be true for some other managers I guess.

Why don't we just let it rest ?

I think that starting a new keeper league that reel from 2007 would be almost the same (And then again, If I remember, Deja Vu League had that purpose), if not more legit and that would let that Sill Crazy artificially live.

That was my 2 cents on it, but I let the democracy decide.

I know I'm a new player in this league, but I agree with Jeff and I think this is a great idea :D

Yes, I could go for a fresh "Still Crazy II," instead of a leap over the 4 missing years, if folks would prefer that.

CATom. grover, JMP1, lumberco: What do you guys think?

BTW, in answer to grover's question, the 2002 rosters are online at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... tdXc#gid=4

Me too. I'm in whichever way we go.
