No he's not, he did not have a signed contrct prior to the start of THE MLB draft, that's the draft refered to in the rules.

Jeeze I specifically listed him as Ineligible at the top of the draft

Sorry, Niner I thought you made a mistake. I saw the note. Per the WRITTEN rules ,though, it does not say MLB draft. It says summer draft. This is the summer draft. Please correct the rules on the front page if that is the intent. This is a change from last year when Carlos Correa and Byron Buxton were both drafted in the summer. Not to mention my own prospect of Mike Zunino.

How about Gregory Polanco?

Heres' the issue, the draft was never intended to be this late, we usually have it about the same time as the MLB draft so it's not as big an issue.

That said going forward I'd simply like to exclude all newly drafted players, to leave them for the following year. Sorry if I've made a mess of things, I'm trying to keep it simple and have a lot going on in my personal life right now. I don't have the time or energy to argue, I'm even halfway considering bagging Strat all-together, so if we could just keep it with the newly drafted as not eligible and not kevetch about it I'd appreciate it.
