There are no teams listed in the search menu for Tampa . There are a half dozen players on Tampa who may be roster worthy: Zorbrist, Longoria, Carl Crawford, Carlos Pena and David Price come to mind, In Order to find these players you need to search the FA roster by name OR BY POSITION.

Also....it is a bit confusing but any player on the Senators who played in 1961 or earlier belongs to the Twins franchise, and anyone who played in 1962 or later for them belongs to the Rangers. This does not involve many players, But Camilio Pascual comes to mind, he is property of the Twins.

Also different from last season; THE CUBS, WHITESOX AND PIRATES ARE STANDING ALONE AS ORIGINAL FRANCHISES ....AND THE ORIOLES ARE NOW AN EXPANSION FRANCHISE. IN addition Tampa is now combined with the Rockies while Arizona is now paired with the Marlins

Just one question: what does this mean?

Does that mean you don't get to pair them with an expansion team? Not sure how to interpret in terms of draft and player usage.

Last season the 2 Chicago teams were combined as one single POST franchise, as were the Pirates and Orioles. Toine has undone that this year. You still always pick one team from each list.

Last year the pirates were combined the Orioles and the whitesox were combined with the cubs. this just indicates that they are no longer combined,
to make it simple it is one from column A and one from column B. And you can use all players associated with franchises, as long as it the players highest card. There was some confusion in the last 2 leagues but for example if you pick Cincinnati from the post side, you can use both post and exp players.
