Also, Jeff McNeil is on my roster – I believe he should be on Neil’s.

Roster cuts take me to 29, one of the promotions take me to 30. I only have 11 total FA picks so other two promotions should just knock of my 12th rounder. If the timing of the promotions matter, I’ll wait until the FA draft to make the promotions. Regardless of when I make the promotions, I'll have 5 open prospect slots.
