PROPOSED RULE UPDATE
Each team will maintain a minimum of four players carded to their MLB franchise on their rosters. If, prior to an annual draft, such total drops below four, then the team will draft enough carded players to have at least that minimum of four in the new season.

One more clarification to make sure I understand. There is still no requirement to keep any players, right? The minimum of four applies to the season, right. In other words I’ll need to have at least 4 carded Rangers coming out of the draft next year, not necessarily going into it. Correct?
