Like the old Pacific Coast League, hitting was the name of the game in AA, with team OPS of .818 and ERA/WHIP of 5.44/1.46. And there was an average of 302 HR per team!
There were many stunning individual performances, including MVP Matt Olson with 74 HR, Willi Castro batting .385, and Randy Arozarena with 154 runs, 190 RBI, and 50 HBP. Even with all of the hitting in the league, Daniel Castano stood out, too, with a unique 20-0 W/L record.
Congrats to all on a great first year in the Ted Lasso League. See you all on August 1 for the start of the annual draft.
