Draft will be on hold for a bit. As many of you know, lumberco has been hospitalized with double pneumonia for a while now. I'm hoping he'll be home soon and then we can get things started for 2012!

I PM'd visick, who confirmed that he was dropping out of the league.

Hey Padre, the infamous Hernandez rental is coming back to bite you again.

In reviewing the rosters, lakeviewdave noticed that joekendall had traded his 3rd rd prospect pick to you as part of the Hernandez/Arroyo deal, before turning the team over to visick.

Unfortunately, this league only has a two-round prospect draft, since you and others did not want to dilute the talent pool for future free agent drafts.

Please contact Dave and work out a revision.

We can work something out. I need a rule clarification though. I understand that the prospect draft is two rounds. Remind me what is the limit on the number of prospects allowed on a roster. Is it 3, or 2, or what?
If it's only 2, then it makes no sense to trade for a prospect pick since I won't be able to keep him on my roster.

Prospect limit is 4, so you are fine. Do you approve if my proposal to correct the issue. You are getting a better prospect pick. Also, you are losing one pick, your #1, and gaining one my #2, all in 2013.
