It's been more than 4 months since bigmahon has posted in the ILCs, but he might still respond to email.

Both I and another league commish have sent emails to him. If we have not heard from him by noon tomorrow, I'll post a message seeking his replacement.

On the other hand, if you know of a good candidate, you can tell that manager to PM me...
