On a side note the page where the transaction are recorded is now full. All the directions are in Spanish, which I unfortunately don't understand. I'd like to create more room to add more transactions, if they occur. Can anyone tell me how to do that and/or how to have the google doc in English? I just don't want to accidently delete anything by playing around with it.

There is a line at the bottom of a Google spreadsheet, where you can tell it to "Add ___ more rows at bottom."

To change your primary language, click on your name in the upper right corner and then on "Account"

Hmmmm, apparently each doc also has a language setting.

With the doc open, go to File --> Spreadsheet Settings and then click on Docs Settings

Also, for the Help screens, click on Help at the right end of the top Google nav bar in the doc, which will take you to the Google Drive help center.

You can "Change language" at the bottom of the help center directory page.
