Does the "-1" next to Pomeranz' name mean I need to promote him? He's not getting a card in 2014 (listed as "Computer only" player). Do I still need to promote him?

Also wanted to know if I could switch my Stadium to Rogers Centre now. The rules state that I can do that once every three years...3) Stadiums can only be changed through trade or once every three years.

I think we have a stadium draft.

The rules are kind of contradictory, one sentence says that stadiums last for the duration and there is no draft but then another one says you can switch every 3 years. I don't think we have had a ballpark draft before but don't remember for sure, unless someone is opposed I'll change the rules to have a ballpark draft for those teams who want to change. The 3 year rule will remain in place.

No, Pomeranz does not have to be promoted, prospects have to be promoted if they are carded for more than one season.
I put a 1 or 2 next to some prospect's names based on my guess of how many carded season's they will have. It's not "official', just a guide/reminder for everyone. If they have a 2 then they will have to be promoted (unless I guessed wrong about them receiving a card).
