Is there any such rule that a prospect must be promoted once he plays in real mlb games. I don't think so for this league but just making sure?

ok. then Scottsdale Sluggers / Paul Long has no cuts and no promotions. I think I already have about 14 spots to fill in Free Agency. No need to add more through cuts I'd still have to pay. BTW, on my page of spreadsheet it doesn't show a salary for Duran for the upcoming season(s). He was a rookie last year so he needs a 600,000 figure put into the spreadsheet I believe.
