It's a suggestion for the league. It protects the league as a whole. For example my pick is up shortly, if I'm debating a prospect pick there is nothing saying I can't wait a week to see if he gets called up.

that is fine as you have room due to the recent trade. That does not, however, give you your 4th rd prospect pick back as that trade and the subsequent promotion of Blair occurred after the Prospect Draft had started and prospect promotions for that have passed.

no, nothing says you can't....but you'd irritate most of the league. There has to be some part of personal ethics involved I understand that. Again, you can make a rule proposal to be voted on though.

No I'd never do it, I try to draft as quickly as possible.
