I dont think Paul J gets to upbid himself on Sandoval given that Myk's bid is invalid. I think it reverts back to Paul's 2/1.5M bid, and the rest of the league has the option to upbid on that if they want, including to 3/2M. Once you bid you're stuck with it and cant preempt other action.
