Managing under constraint (i.e., with a binding cap) is part of the fun. I would prefer to keep the cap as is.

How about a vote ? In all my other keepers leagues, if we want to change a rule, we need a super majority of 8/12.
So, are you in favour of enlarging this league payroll to 120 millions $ ???
