I realize these drafts take longer, but I haven't had a pick since Friday at 3pm. I know I'm not the most patient person when it comes to drafts, but gee, can we not do better?

I agree with Jeep. While there's no rush with this draft, it could / should move a little quicker.

If you aren't going to be around for awhile, please send some your proxies.
We are well into our draft, everyone knows it's going now.
There's no reason to wait 3 days for a pick.
