I'm thinking setting up the vote the way I did was not a great idea. After thinking about it, if prefer to vote no this year as well but keep the option open for next year after we all have a better idea how this plays out.

I will create a drop/promo thread. I would like all drops in by March 24th (Thursday)at 1700 EST. I have a 4 day long weekend after that and it will give me time to update rosters and get available player list done. This will also give guys time to wheel and deal their drops.

All drops/promos will become final on that date/time.
