Tim - you are correct in that the rules do say 15. But, remember, we did not draft a full boat last season, so everyone was less than 40 (mostly 33-35 is what was rostered last season). The key is that you need to get down to a roster of 25 prior to the draft.

I will add those three back to your roster, which will place you at 25, and allow for 15 draft picks.
