I am ready to bid. Must I wait for Paul, or can I jump in on the bidding now just like we do when we go up to 6 bidders at a time and there is more than one spot open to bid?

If I don't hear an answer soon I am inclined to just bid and risk a negative ruling from Phil later. I don't see a rule that prohibits me bidding now, and our league practice is to allow this if there is more than one player signed. Gotta keep the draft moving.
