Can someone please clarify a rule for me?

Cristopher Sanchez is signed by mykbar at $3,333,333 for '24 plus an option for '25.

If mykbar were to waive Sanchez, how much would he owe for '25, based on the timing of the waiver? Is there a point at which he will owe the $3.33MM no matter what?  

Also, Royce Lewis is showing as a FA and he's signed by tchocran

Sanchez is signed at $2,222,002 for 2024 with an option for 2025. Contract decisions for 2025 have to be made by March 31. If mykbr decides to exercise the option he will pay the full $2,222,002 for 2025. If he declines the option he will still have to pay half -- $1,111,001.

Emilio Pagan was signed by me to a 2 year contract last spring (page 52 last years FA signings thread), but does not show on my roster. Addtionally, I acquired P Gavin Stone in last months trade with tcochran. I would like to promote him to active roster if still possible.
