Okay this one confuses me,

First, we are well past the 5th round of the 2013 draft. The draft year is the year it's being held not the year of the cards.

Second, I assuming your year is incorrect I beleive you meant 5th round pick in 2014, and not the 5th overall pick which won't be determined until after the season is over.

Or are you referring to the prospect draft in which ehlekev does own the 5th overall pick and will happen in 2013. but that's the Prospect draft not the Free Agent draft
